We offer shipping across India and provide cash on delivery option for select pin codes supported by our trusted delivery partners. We request you to kindly go through the policies before placing an order with us.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
- You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days in Delhi-NCR and 10-12 working days for orders outside Delhi. We will also assist in tracking your order through our delivery partners. In case of any queries, please write to us on info@thegiftingforte.com.
Shipping Charges
For orders above Rs.2000 – Free shipping
For orders below Rs.2000 – Rs.200
- All orders undergo a quality check before dispatch so as to ensure that the products are intact and safe. However, in case you receive a damaged product, kindly share a photo/video of the product within 24 hours of receiving the order and we will replace it without any additional shipping costs.
- Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. If you wish to cancel the order, you can drop a mail at info@thegiftingforte.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation acceptance is subject to our discretion. You can either request for issuance of a credit note or an exchange with a product from the same brand.
- In case a ‘Cash on Delivery’ order is refused to be accepted on delivery, we reserve the right to blacklist the customer for any future orders. In case a prepaid order is refused to be accepted on delivery, we reserve the right to withhold the paid amount.
- For any return or exchange requests, please write to us on info@thegiftingforte.com within 4 days of receiving the order along with the reason for return/exchange. We will process the request and schedule a reverse pick up.
- An order will only be eligible for return if the following conditions are met. The acceptance of a return request will be at our discretion.
– If the product is received in a damaged condition.
– The product does not match the order.
– If there is a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received order.
– If the return request is supported by clear pictures/videos highlighting the damage/defect.
- Kindly note that the products can only be exchanged with another product of the same brand. However, customised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- In case of a return, you will be required to pack the product(s) in its original packaging along with the original tags. The product must be unused. The reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer and the actuals will be deducted from the paid amount. A credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. If the returned product does not qualify the quality check, we reserve the right to withhold the paid amount. We do not offer any cash refunds.
Please Note
- A slight variation in products in terms of color, design, shape is inevitable and cannot be considered as a manufacturing defect.
- Ozzies Terrariums products are only deliverable in Delhi NCR.
- We do not provide exchanges or returns for ‘Sale’ items.
- We provide exchanges only once.
- The credit note can be used within 6 months of issuance for any product available on our website.
